3D ACTIO FZ LLC is a licensed entity (License Number 2204212.01) incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The STRATEGISE product and all services offered on this Site are owned and operated by 3D ACTIO.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal or business use related to purchasing STRATEGISE or browsing content. Any unauthorised use of the Site, including commercial use without permission, is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and charged in AED.
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards.
All payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
You will receive a payment confirmation email within five minutes of purchasing.
5. Delivery
STRATEGISE is a digital product or service. Upon purchase:
You will receive an email confirmation, along with details on how to access or begin using the service.
For services delivered over time (e.g. workshops, strategy sessions), a timeline and relevant onboarding instructions will be provided via email.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours by emailing info@3d-actio.com.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
Allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.
If the service has already commenced, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at 3D ACTIO’s sole discretion.
7. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.
8. Prohibited Use
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, branding, software and tools, is the property of 3D ACTIO or licensed to us. No rights are transferred to you through your use of the Site.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
